Histology analysis using napari and BrainGlobe#

Overview#
This course will introduce napari as a tool for image visualisation and analysis alongside various napari plugins for the analysis of histology data. In particular, we will cover BrainGlobe tools for the analysis of whole-brain histology data (e.g. serial section two-photon, lightsheet).
Prerequisites#
