Provides tools to create and manage the metadata dictionaries and README files associated with atlases packaged within the BrainGlobe ecosystem.

Functions

create_metadata_files	Automatic creation of structures.csv and README.txt from an atlas files.
create_readme	Create a README.txt file for the atlas in the specified path.
create_structures_csv	Convert an atlas structure json dictionary to csv.
generate_metadata_dict	Generate a dictionary containing metadata for a BrainGlobe atlas.
